Shipping rates are as follows:

Domestic - Within NZ

• Free Shipping on NZ orders over $170
• Flat Rate Shipping NZ $5 - $9 

(Rural and weekend delivery surcharges may apply) 

Australia

• Standard shipping rate of $20.

If a large order is placed that largely exceeds this shipping price we may require further shipping charges. In this case you will be contacted before we fulfill your order.

Any customs or duty's charges are at the buyers expense.

International

• Standard shipping rate of $20

If you think a better price should be available for your specific area please send an enquiry so we can arrange the best possible price and shipping option for your area.

Returns

Due to the delicate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

If there is a fault with your product we will be happy to replace or refund with store credit. Please see below for conditions.

• Only available on faulty or damaged products.
• Product must be in as new condition, with all original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense
• Returns that were purchased with free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from their refund.
• Exchanges may incur shipping charges.
• Exchanges, Refunds and Store Credits will only be processed once the returned product has arrived and been checked.

To receive an exchange, return or store credit you will need to contact us first through either our enquiry form or by emailing info@remyandco.nz where you will receive the return information.

All returns should be signature required to avoid being lost in the post as we will take no responsibility for returns until they arrive back to us.
